Launching "Elaf by wa" – From Web Architecture to Market Validation

Project Overview: A full-stack brand launch for a premium clothing line. This project involved building the digital infrastructure (Website) and executing a data-driven launch strategy on a new Meta Ad account.

PHASE 1: The Digital Blueprint (Web Development)

  • Before launching a single ad, I built the brand’s headquarters.
  • Action: Developed and launched the website.
  • The Goal: To create a mobile-first, high-performance e-commerce store that could handle traffic and convert visitors into customers from Day 1.
  • The Logic: An ad is only as good as the website it leads to. By building the web infrastructure myself, I ensured tracking was seamless and the user journey was frictionless.

PHASE 2: Social Proof & Engagement Stacking

  • For a brand-new account, “Sales” ads often fail because there is no trust. I focused on “Warming” the audience first.
  • The Campaign: “Midnight Muse” (Engagement Objective).
  • The Result: 595 Post Engagements at just PKR 1.49 per action.
  • The Insight: This built immediate social credibility. When new users see an ad with hundreds of likes and comments, the “Trust Gap” is closed instantly.

Once the account was “warm,” I transitioned into testing product demand and site performance.

  • The Traffic Win: Generated high-quality site visits at PKR 5.11 per Landing Page View.

  • The Pre-Order Lead Gen: Launched a messaging campaign for the new season that sparked 50+ direct conversations and pre-order inquiries.

  • The Reach: Reached over 11,000+ unique potential customers and gained around 50 followers on instagram.
